The role is not to decorate landscapes. The role is to enter ambiguous, neglected, or damaged environmental problems, define the first structure, and turn it into protocol others can reuse.
役割は風景を飾ることではありません。曖昧で、放置され、損なわれた環境課題に入り、最初の構造を定義し、他者が再利用できるプロトコルへ変えることです。

Field Origin / 起点
The field origin is the unpaved roads and fragile living infrastructure of Laos. The work asks how gardens can operate as infrastructure when institutions cannot respond immediately.
ラオスの未整備道路・生活インフラへの関心を起点に、「インフラとしての庭」を構想。行政や大型施工会社が即時に介入できない場所に、個人・地域が扱える最小構造を挿入することを目指す。
SOS / POROMAT
SOS is held as a single-founder IP structure. POROMAT is the Living Ground layer and first commercial implementation. Field Log converts experiments into evidence. Advisory converts judgment into near-term revenue. CORE LAB preserves customer relationships.
SOS は単独創業者のIP構造として保持されます。POROMAT は Living Ground レイヤーであり最初の商業実装です。Field Log は実験を証拠へ変え、Advisory は判断を直近収益へ変え、CORE LAB は顧客関係を蓄積します。
